Gould Academy is a small, coed, independent boarding school, located at the eastern edge of the White Mountains in Bethel, Maine, and was founded in 1836. With 240 students from 19 states and 19 countries from around the world, we value the life of the mind and individual exploration. We value intrinsic motivation and help our students find and pursue things they are passionate about. We love where we live.
