Loudoun Sports Therapy Center (LSTC) is a premier outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Sterling, VA in Northern Virginia. We specialize in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, offering personalized, hands-on care for a wide range of conditions—from back and neck pain to sports injuries. Our services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, cupping, and performance-based return-to-play programs.

Company History
In the early 2000s, changes in the healthcare landscape began to shift focus away from patient outcomes and towards business volume. Determined to stay true to the original mission of putting patients first, our owner, Mike Bills, purchased the practice in 2004 from a large hospital group in the area. He transformed the practice into the independent, community-focused clinic it is today.
LSTC was built on key values: listening to patients, educating them about their care, and treating the root cause - not just the symptoms. We believe physical therapy should be about improving lives, not just checking boxes. That belief continues to guide every member of our team.
