Mountain Center is a privately-owned outpatient physical therapy provider serving three clinical outreach contracts with local high schools. Along with our work in the schools, we currently operate three PT clinics in Conway, NH, Glen, NH and Fryeburg, ME. The Mount Washington Valley possesses both the people and landscape for endless, four-season adventure. At Mountain Center we strive to provide our patients and athletes with a faster recovery, improved athletic performance and an amplified understanding of what it takes to live a life that is health and strong.
