Located on the coast in Beautiful Mobile, Alabama, Personal Edge Fitness is the South's premier personal training facility. Our staff all possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the field of fitness as well as NATA, NSCA or ACSM certification. These fitness professionals are the best in the field and have extensive backgrounds in sport, fitness and rehabilitation. We train you to the pinnacle of fitness regardless of your current health or physical limitations.
The majority of our training takes place in our award winning facility but we also offer offsite training at your home or business.
Whether you are trying to tackle your next triathlon or trying to learn to walk again, Personal Edge Fitness can take you where you want to go.

Company History
Established in 2000. Opened rehab specialties in 2002 along with expansion of the facility located at 3480 spring hill ave. 12th collegiate scholarship earned by a Personal Edge Fitness client in 2012.
