STAR Physical Therapy was established in 1997 with one clinic and one mission – to serve. Today, we have grown to offer that direct service in more than 70 clinics, and while we’ve grown, one thing that has not changed is our commitment to our patients, our communities, and our employees. STAR Physical Therapy meets this commitment by first hiring good people – people with a servant’s heart. We then provide our clinicians with the best clinical education program in the country.

Our commitment to the communities that we serve can been seen in both time and money that we give to those that have been so good to us. From our sports medicine outreach program that keeps student athletes safe in nearly 50 high schools, to our sponsorship of youth sports, to our partnerships with Siloam Family Health Center, Mercy Children’s Clinic, The Arthritis Foundation and many others, STAR Physical Therapy strives to be a true partner to the community.

STAR Physical Therapy is committed to providing industry leading Sports Medicine care, both in the clinic and on the field. STAR’s team of Certified Athletic Trainers has worked with athletes of all ages and levels of play – from “weekend warriors” to middle and high schools to elite Olympic and professional athletes. We serve all athletes with industry-leading Sports Medicine care in clinical and athletic settings. STAR currently provides Athletic Training services to nearly 50 high schools as well as A-Game Sportplex in Franklin, TN.
