STAR Physical Therapy was established in 1997 with one clinic and one mission – to serve. Today, we have grown to offer that direct service in more than 70 clinics, and while we’ve grown, one thing that has not changed is our commitment to our patients, our communities, and our employees. STAR Physical Therapy meets this commitment by first hiring good people – people with a servant’s heart. We then provide our clinicians with the best clinical education program in the country. Our 99.7% patient satisfaction rating is proof positive that it works.
STAR Physical Therapy is committed to providing industry leading Sports Medicine care, both in the clinic and on the field. STAR’s team of Certified Athletic Trainers has worked with athletes of all ages and levels of play – from “weekend warriors” to middle and high schools to elite Olympic and professional athletes. We serve all athletes with industry-leading Sports Medicine care in clinical and athletic settings. STAR Physical Therapy is currently the official Sports Medicine Provider to over 55 high schools across Tennessee. Our outreach Athletic Training program is truly one of the pillars of our success.

STAR Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive Continuing Education calendar. We host 10-12 industry leading continuing education courses locally each year that are free of charge for STAR clinicians. Employees have access to courses that are approved by the NATABOC for Evidence Based Practice credit. These courses will provide you the tools you need to become the best clinician possible.
