Company Overview
Our Clinic is a primary care 100% musculoskeletal practice (50% Sports Medicine) with 2 experienced Osteopathic Physicians board certified in Family Practice, Sports Medicine, & Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. We already employ ATCs in both physician extender and direct high school coverege roles. We cover many local high schools and The University of Hartford, in addition to seeing many local recreational to professional athletes in the office.

Benefits
We give 15 PTO days per year. We do not differentiate whether these are sick, personal, or vacation days. All major holiday, plus couple extra are paid holidays. PTO is accrued based on amount of time worked.
We provide 70% of a base Medical Insurance plan for the employee, along with 70% of a short term disability plan. Employee pays the remaining 30% of each plan. A 10,000 Life policy comes with medical for free.
Other family members, Dental, and long term disability can be purchased if desired by employee.
We offer a 401K plan along with Profit Pension Sharing plan. Employee becomes eligible on Jan 1 after a full year of employment. Company usually contributes 3% of employees salary to 401K regardless of whether the employee contributes any personal amount.
