Awesome opportunity to join our growing outpatient physical medicine practice,  well established for over 24 years! You will be working with our team of medical doctors, orthopedists, nurse practitioners,  2 other athletic trainers, therapy aides, occupational therapists, chiropractors and massage therapists. One on one patient care including  rehab, bracing, concussion care . Set hours, no nights , alternate weekends from 9-1 on Saturday.

Requirements

Patient Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive  evaluations, interpret tests, and establish individualized, evidence-based plans of care. 
Therapeutic Interventions: Execute hands-on treatments, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and manual therapy to restore mobility and manage pain. 
Progress Tracking: Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, adapting and modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve clinical goals.
Patient Education: Instruct patients and caregivers in proper home exercise programs (HEPs) and preventative self-care strategies. 

Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records, billing notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with referring physicians, primary care providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care. 
Supervision: Provide direction and supervision to   therapy aides during treatment sessions.
