Part-Time Athletic Trainer
New York University Athletics
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $55/hour
NYU Athletics is seeking a motivated and qualified Part-Time Athletic Trainer to provide high-quality medical care and support to our NCAA Division III student-athletes. This position works collaboratively with the Sports Medicine team to deliver injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and emergency medical coverage for assigned teams.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Provide athletic training services for assigned practices and competitions.
Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries and illnesses.
Develop and implement injury prevention programs.
Coordinate care with Athletic Training staff, NYU team physicians, coaches, and healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Provide emergency care and first aid as needed.
Educate student-athletes on injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellness.
Qualifications
Degree in Athletic Training or a related field (Master's preferred).
Current Board of Certification (BOC) certification.
Eligible for or currently licensed to practice athletic training in New York State.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
